We welcome returns and exchanges within 14 days. Please note the following guidelines when returning your item.
- All returns must be mailed to us within 14 days of the date you received your item(s).
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us that you will be returning your item. Include your order number and whether you would like to exchange or return. If exchanging, please indicate which item you would like to receive in exchange. Your new item will ship after we receive your return package.
- Please include the original invoice in your package.
- Our return address is: 1191 Solano Avenue #6008, Albany, CA, 94706.
- Returned merchandise will be processed within 3 business days of us receiving the package at our warehouse.
- We are happy to provide a return label upon request; however please note that the cost for the label will be deducted from your store credit or refund when we process your return.
- Items returned more than 14 days after receipt, or those appearing worn, washed, or otherwise damaged, will not be accepted.
- If you feel you have received an item that is damaged or defective in any way, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your order so that we can help with a solution. We will not accept returns for damaged/defective items if they appear to be worn and/or washed.
